Studios — the core product
The 896 studios of 25 – 35.29 m² have the lowest entry price. Per the August 2026 training material, a fully furnished studio starts from VND 2.19 billion (excluding VAT); September 2026 press reports cite prices from VND 1.8 billion per unit but do not specify the unit type or handover option.
Studios suit buyers focused on budget or wanting a compact holiday home. For longer stays or family use, consider one bedroom or larger.
1BR to 3BR, penthouses and shophouses
- 1 bedroom (224 units, 38.27 – 50.82 m²): jacuzzi tubs from this type upwards.
- 2 bedrooms (95 units, 61.13 – 65.88 m²) and 3 bedrooms (29 units, 90.05 – 90.97 m²): limited numbers, suited to families.
- Penthouses (4 units, 118.69 – 122.68 m²): with a rooftop garden — the rarest type in the tower.
- Commercial shophouses (20 units, 83.35 – 373.99 m²): the position of each unit follows the developer’s official floor plan.
Finishes and two handover options
All units have full-height floor-to-ceiling glazing. There are two handover options — fully furnished or basic finish — at different prices. When you receive the price list, confirm which option the unit you want is quoted under so you compare like with like.
