lyf by The Ascott Limited
lyf is the lifestyle-stay brand of The Ascott Limited — part of the CapitaLand group and one of the world’s largest lodging operators. At Alora, lyf runs the block of 150 serviced apartments on floors 4–7 together with the rooftop Sky Bar, which has its own lift access.
The lyf-standard shared spaces are BOND (social kitchen), BURN (gym), CONNECT (co-working) and WASH & HANG (laundry), totalling over 2,000 m².
Sunset Hospitality Group
The entertainment complex is run by Sunset Hospitality Group, headquartered in Dubai. According to project materials, the group operates 112 venues under more than 40 brands in 26 countries and has served over 2 million guests.
Can owners rent out their unit?
September 2026 press reports describe a flexible model: owners use the unit as a holiday home and rent it out when they are not staying. However, the rental management contract, revenue split, management fees, and whether units outside the lyf block (floors 4–7) can join the programme have not yet been announced by the developer.
If any guaranteed return is offered, it is an obligation that depends on the financial strength of the party making it — not certain income. Check carefully who signs the guarantee and on what termination terms.

- If I join a rental programme: who signs with me, for how long, and how is revenue split?
