What sets Alora apart is a nightlife entertainment complex inside the tower itself. This page lists the entertainment venues, the high-level facilities, the lyf-run community spaces and what is planned for the podium.
The “Underwater Neon Coral World” concept
The design takes its cue from coral reefs: calm by day, glowing by night. The white “Waverly” facade echoes the rhythm of waves in daylight; after dark, colour-shifting neon turns the tower into the landmark of the Bai Tien area.
Nightlife Entertainment complex
- A 1,000 m² indoor complex: gaming and bowling combined with F&B.
- Entertainment programme: live bands, LED glow, neon painting, DJs.
- Outdoor Gaming Zone with interactive LED floors.

The podium: dining, cafés and retail
According to press reports in September 2026, the podium is planned to house fine dining, a sunset club, a lounge restaurant, a gym, yoga, a café, a bakery and retail, with a rooftop bar overlooking Nha Trang by night.

Many items in the materials are labelled as “planned direction” — the developer’s intention, not a commitment in the sale contract. All images are renderings, not photographs of the building. Before paying, check the amenity list written into the contract.
